Exhibitor Membership Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all subscriptions for annual membership to www.uk-craft.com.com. By subscribing to membership of www.uk-craft.com you are acceptomg our terms and conditions.

The terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the applicant for subscription for membership or existing subscriber to membership of www.uk-craft.com. "We", "us" and "our" refer to www.uk-craft.com, and the uk-craft galleryshop.

This website, www.uk-craft.com, is owned by Mrs T.Dore. In the event of exhibitor membership queries contact Tracy Dore enquiries@uk-craft.com.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Exhibitor membership at www.uk-craft.com is open to self-representing British designer-makers only. Professional and amateur designer-makers aged 16 years and over can apply. Uk-Craft is specifically designed for individual designer-makers, we do not deal with applications from any third parties such as agents.

USAGE

We are committed to maintaining a family friendly website therefore we consistently monitor the content of all exhibitors submissions to the directory and the galleryshop All Submissions are subject to approval prior to them appearing on the live website and we reserve the right to edit or remove any item subsequently added.

QUALITY OF CONTENT

The quality of images is paramount. All images are reviewed for quality before appearing on the live website. We reserve the right to disallow poor photographs and / or inappropriate material from being displayed.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL & MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE

Invitations to renew or to upgrade membership are issued at our sole discretion. All designer-makers are subject to a standard renewal / upgrade review process.

PRICES AND AVAILABLITY

All prices for membership subscriptions are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice. You will be advised of any changes to price, special offers and availability when you pay online (using paypal) for your membership.

ONLINE PAYMENT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

All on-line orders will be processed in a secure environment through PayPal. Please click here to view PayPal's website. Through PayPal you can use any of the following credit and debit cards to make on-line payment: Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Switch and Solo.

OFF-LINE PAYMENT - CHEQUE

Cheques should be made payable to 'UK-CRAFT.COM' and be in Pounds Sterling (£) from a UK bank.

Please print your name and address on the back of the cheque.

ORDERS ONLINE

When you place an order online for membership subscription , you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order. When you pay for your annual membership you are making an offer to pay online for your annual membership to www.uk-craft.com. You will be sent an e-mail ("ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER") confirming receipt of your order from PayPal. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER from paypal is not approval of your details. If your details are approved you will be contacted by us via e-mail confirming the details of your membership ("Welcome email"). At this time your membership will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your membership subscription will commence.

If your details are not approved we will contact you to return in full funds paid to us.

OFFLINE

If you would like to make an order for membership and pay offline, fill in the online 'exhibit on uk-craft' form' press send and bypass the paypal button. We will receive your online form and upon approval we will process your membership once we have cleared funds from your cheque payment. If your details are approved you will be contacted by us via email confirming your membership ("welcome email"). At this time your membership will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your membership subscription will commence.

If your details are not approved we will return in full funds paid to us to your postal address.

Welcome Email

Your welcome email will provide you with the following information:

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your membership within 7 days of the commencement of your membership you shall receive a full refund of your subscription fee. You shall not be entitled to a refund if you cancel your subscription after 7 days from the commencement of your subscription.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions if we deem it necessary. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.

WARRANTY

You warrant that the items for sale and the photographic images you submit to uk-craft.com and display in your directory exhibit and your galleryshop exhibit/products is your own original work and such work or products do not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third parties.

INDEMNITY

You undertake to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees) incurred by us and arising out of or in connection with your work or products, activities or the content of your directory exhibit and your uk-craft.com galleryshop products, including, without limitation, any actual or alleged infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You undertake to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees) incurred by us and arising out of or in connection with any transactions carried out between you and your customers.

LIABILITY

We are not responsible for and to the fullest extent permitted by law exclude all liability for any losses or damages arising from or in connection with your directory exhibit and your galleryshop exhibit/products, or your activities.

We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profits, data, indirect, special, consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or if such damages were reasonably foreseeable at the date of this agreement.

DISCLAIMER

We make no representation that the operation of our website www.uk-craft.com will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time. We make no representation regarding the compatibility of your computer when used to access our website.

MISCELLANEOUS

In the event we are unable to comply with our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for such inability to comply with our obligations or resulting delays.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All transactions in relation to these terms and conditions will be conducted in English.

This contract will not be filed.
