Placing an order and paying for your items
Click the buy now button to proceed to placing an order for your item.
You can choose whether to pay online using PayPal or offline with a cheque or postal order.
Paypal
If the artist has a PayPal account you will be able to pay online using a credit or debit card. The payment will be made through the secure online payment basket provided by PayPal. PayPal is an online payments service provider, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further information.
You can select the delivery option of your choice and then click add to my basket which will take you to the sellers PayPal shopping cart. You will see that the page is secure as it will have a padlock and the URL of the website address will begin with https://www and not http://www.
Uk-craft.com or the sellers do not have access to any credit / debit card details.
Cheque payments
If the artist does not have a PayPal account or you would rather pay offline you can do so by clicking 'Buy offline'

In the unlikely event that it isn't quite the right thing for you we have in place a 7 day refund policy which each Designer maker will offer.
The item to be returned should be in its original packing or equivalent and by an equivalent method to the one by which it was sent to you. You will accept full responsibility for the cost of returning the item. If the item is not returned the Designer Maker is permitted to arrange collection and either charge you for the cost of collection or deduct the amount from your refund.
Each Designer Maker has shopping terms including full contact details and a description of the ordering process on their 'buy now page'. It is important that you read these terms before making a purchase.

Damaged / lost items
Please note that the above is our standard policy for returns/refunds in situations in which the customer changes his or her mind. Designer Makers will pack the item(s) with care. Any loss or damage is unusual but it is always advisable to guard against it. All items should be sent with proof of postage, proof of receipt and adequate insurance so that matters of loss or damage can be dealt with separately. Please ensure you keep receipts (order confirmation) and any evidence of damage so that a claim can be made against the carrier.
